Returns Information

Return Policy

We will happily accept returns for merchandise purchased on and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.  

All items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with original tags and packaging.  Items with obvious use, missing accessories, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or product stains may be subject to refusal. Red-lined sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.  Original shipping is also non-refundable.


All refunds are issued to your original payment method.  Refunds cannot be issued to alternate credit cards or different forms of payment.  You will receive an email notification from ETOI once your return has been processed completely. We are also unable to refund any original shipping charges.

Return Process

To start your return, please fill out the return form below. Once completed, we will send you instructions on where to mail your return items and a pre-paid return label (U.S. orders only).   If you choose to use to use our pre-paid return label, we will deduct $5.95 for shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns at this time.   Please allow up to 1 business day. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our return label. Please make sure package all merchandise in original packaging and include the original packing slip.
