Accepted Payments

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Play, Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay.


ShopEtoi.com prices are displayed in US Dollars and all orders will be transacted in US Dollars. 

Order Status & Tracking

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your order has been received.  Orders generally take 1 to 2 business days for processing and may be subject to fraud checks and payment verification. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number for your package.

To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Click on the order number you want to track

Order Changes & Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If you feel a mistake was made when you placed the order, please email us at hello@shopetoi.com immediately and we will do our best to assist you.


We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California as required. Sales tax is assessed on all taxable items shipped to California. If you are a resident of another state, you may owe tax on your purchase and are responsible for reporting and paying those taxes to your state's taxing authority.

For international orders, all duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
